For the first time in the 12 season history of the team no rider managed to get to the step of the podium at any time throughout the campaign. This is not to say PRS had a season to forget there were some very memorable moments.
It started slow with some low places and small points, which led to the team dropping into Div 6. From this point there was a change in tactics and direction for the team. This allowed time for training and some experimentation with races in the lower division. The main aim was of course the Div 5 tour FOW and with a few better results this looked like a real possibility. A 3rd and 2nd leading up to the tour got PRS into the division in time and the tour was duly entered. In preparation some new aero parts were purchased to give a better chance for the riders in TTs of the tour.
This was to prove effective with Paulo taking 3rd in the prologue with Harald also in the top 10.
From that point he was never out of it (with the exception of the 2nd TT where he was 15th) this consistent riding across all flat and hilly stages saw him slowly keeping up the leader board finishing in a credible 4th for the GC and 3rd for the YC (also 7th in SC). As such a good performance for the team in the tour, especially with Paulo taking 14th and 6th in the GC and YC respectively.
Following this a brighter atmosphere in the club pushed people forwards with 3 riders getting in the top ten in the Ålesund Grand Prix pushing the team into Div 4. Once there the final race of the campaign brought the best result in a single stage with a 2nd for Arjun in the Korumburra Grand Prix.
